Airport Transfers Terms and Conditions of Travel
- It is the responsibility of Silverline Cabs, hereafter known as the service provider to supply suitable transport for the journey and the number of passengers and luggage space required.
- It is the responsibility of the service provider to plan the journey and advise on suitable pickup and collection times. Advice given that is ignored or hindered by the customer which results in a missed deadline, flight or connection, becomes the sole responsibility of the customer.
- The number of seats available in a single vehicle will be advised by the service provider and in accordance with UK and local licensing laws, no more than 1 person may occupy 1 seat. All children, regardless of age count as 1 person.
- The customer may provide car seats for their children to use. The customer is responsible for the child seat to be strapped in correctly and for all minors to be secured within the vehicle by use of the seat belts provided. The service provider does not supply car seats and is not legally obliged to do so, however, the service provider will, at no extra charge, look after children’s car seats in a secure place until your return journey.
- Extreme Drunken or abusive behaviour towards the driver or other passengers will not be tolerated and can result in the individual being removed from the vehicle. In such an instance the service provider will not be responsible for that person’s onward travel and no refund will be offered or given.
- The fare agreed between the service provider and the customer is the fare payable on or before the day of travel. Acceptable methods of payment are Cash, Card ( not American Express ) or bank transfer.
- Your fare also includes Airport drop-off fees and up to 30 minutes of parking on your return. The service provider will always endeavour to keep parking fees to a minimum by monitoring incoming flight arrivals and mobile communication with the customer.
- The service provider will include a waiting time of 1 hour from the time of landing to the time of meet and greet. Should delays happen in the airport and the waiting time needs to be extended, additional waiting time will be calculated at the rate of £30.00 per hour.
- Should your return flight be delayed more than 6 hours, the service provider will endeavour to accommodate your new arrival time but this may incur additional out-of-pocket expenses. In this instance, the service provider can not guarantee to pick up at your exact time of choosing.
- Your service provider will advise the downloading and reading of our Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions form an essential part of a contract, be it verbal or written, between the customer and the service provider.
